Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Srishti Shakti Online, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • After the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • For eligible cancellations, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You inform us within 3 days of delivery with photos or video proof.

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Handmade items with minor variations (color, size, texture).

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Wrong Delivery

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery for replacement. No exchange will be given due to nature of product.

  2. Provide photos or a video as proof.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification. If any replacement is approved the new item will get delivered to you within 3 - 5 working days.
