• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

• Handmade or custom-made products may require additional processing time.

• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

• We use trusted courier partners to deliver your orders across India.

• A tracking ID will be shared once the order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

• Within India: 5–10 business days after dispatch (depending on location).

• Remote areas may take longer.

• Delivery delays due to courier issues, weather, or holidays are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and product weight.

• Free shipping may be offered on select items or promotional campaigns.

5. Address Accuracy

• Please provide correct and complete shipping details.

• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Inspect packages upon delivery.

• For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 3 days with photos or a video.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

7. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within India.
